Get to Know Dr. Neelam Vohra
Dr. Neelam grew up in Bucks County and is excited to care for children and families in the Philadelphia area. She began her educational journey at the University of Pittsburgh where she earned degrees in Molecular Biology and Philosophy. She then attended the University of Pennsylvania where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine and Master of Public Health. During dental school, she was recognized with honors in Community Service and Vulnerable Populations and was inducted as a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honors Society.
She furthered her specialty training through a residency in Pediatric Dentistry at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, where she was selected as first Chief Resident. In this role, she helped mentor incoming residents and played an important part in supporting their transition into specialty training. With experience working with children of various medical and developmental needs, Dr. Neelam is deeply committed to providing personalized care to every child and family she serves. Her work is grounded in the belief that high-quality, individualized dental care can empower children and families to build lifelong healthy habits, develop confidence in the dental setting, and achieve lasting oral health.
When she’s not in the office, Dr. Neelam enjoys exploring Philadelphia’s coffee shops, spending time outdoors with her partner, and discovering the best new restaurants around the city.
